- call closed without parameters is also valid
- fix recursive close crashes
- fix returning screen in openWithCallback
re-add close assertion
- small isInTimer speedup (not measured)
- show similar broadcastings deferred in eventview
when similar broascastings are avail now it is possible to open a epglist with all similar broadcastings (via red button)
- comment out assertion as long no other solution for recursive close all open windows is available
