I snatched the following info: there are two main issues than can produce the C02/C03 fake alarm:
80% of this bug is a cabling matter,
20% is a bug in the rotating wheel sensor counter.
The Support center policy first of all will replce the communication/power cable between the wheel engine and the main board, then they will check the robot and if the problem will pop-up again, they will replace the whole wheel part.

En todos los "sitios" tienen los mismos problemas, y les pasa lo mismo que a nosotros. By the way, sigo sin tener mi samsung así que no os puedo decir nada todavía.
